Rather, I am here to listen to you to help you find your way. You are the expert about you, You have a better chance of knowing what would work with you in your current situation. The Chats: Since I keep busy in my business and family most of the time, at times I may limit chats to 30 to 60 minutes. If it needs to be longer, then the chat might be continued on an ongoing pattern (i.e. You ask your question, then I answer it later when I have time again. then you reply when you have time, and so on.) Depending upon my schedule and the urgency that you feel and whether or not I can help with that. 

My Availability: I usually keep my availability listed as "Busy" or "Offline" whether I'm online or not. But don't be afraid to go ahead and message me. You should know that I'm at home most of the time because I run a business out of my home. Most of the time I will not be able to answer your message immediately as I am working in my business throughout the day. I take breaks now and then to check if I have any messages. Chats will generally be limited to 30 to 60 minutes, depending on my schedule. If the chat needs to go longer, then it may need to be spread out in sections throughout the day. I am open to doing longer-term support if it seems helpful.

Before Messaging me: Please take the time to think about what you need to talk about. It may be helpful to write it out in a word processing or text software first. Then you can just copy that and paste it into the message to me.

More About Me: I am a professional self-employed craftsman. I have been working at my trade since 1969. I spend most of my time working in my home-based workshop.

I was raised as a Christian and was that for much of my early life. Later in life I’ve put aside that label as I explore and search and ask many questions about life. I have seen my own beliefs change a number of times throughout my life. One of my favorite books is Jonathan Livingston Seagull, it seems to mirror my own progression through life. Another of my prevailing ideas about life can be summed up by the title of the book, “With or Without God, why how you act is more important than what you believe.” I so agree with the idea behind that title. I’ve struggled much to overcome all the religious dogma that was so prevalent throughout much of my early life. I’ve gone through and examined much of my own belief system and learned that I was in such bondage. That is one reason that I love to journal, because writing in my journal is like talking to a best friend, who intently listens to every word that I say without judging me for anything that I say. I can tell it my deepest secrets and worst fears with full confidence that it is looking out for my best.

I have been through 12 years of counseling to overcome some deep issues in my life. Counseling was a life-saver for me. It helped me to overcome the secrecies and bondage of my early life. I was raised in a sexually abusive home, and that affected much of my early life.

I love people and love to hear their stories. I judge no person’s religion, belief system, or philosophy, or lack of any. I would love to hear where you are on your own journey and how you got there. I believe that we are each on our own journey through life and we each need to figure out what we actually believe for ourselves and what makes sense to each of us.
