Hello! I am Heather Mendyk, a compassionate LMHC with over 12 years of experience as a mental health and addiction counselor. Since 2013, I’ve been dedicated to guiding individuals ages 12 through adulthood through life’s challenges. I believe in helping my clients gain deeper self-understanding, grow, and heal as they cope with mental health/addiction issues. In my work, I take a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach, offering a caring and supportive environment filled with empathy and evidence-based practices.
