Sometimes what we are aiming for cannot be seen by those that aren't walking the same path as us. Believe in you and keep going!

Your question assumes that everyone is always working against you. What proof do you have that 100% of the human population is thinking about you and working against you? Think about your question; it's just mathemtically improbable that everyone is working against you - and it's mathetically improbable that a single person is *always* working against you. Why does it feel that way? With whom do you feel this way about the most? What does this person do or say that makes you feel they are working against you? What can you do to feel more in control of this situation? If paranoia affects your everyday well-being it's okay to seek a professional for advice and guidance.

At times in my life I've felt that everyone around me has been doing more harm than good. It's easy to get swept up in the moments when it feels like everyone is against you, and it's hard to remind yourself that there's a bigger picture and that perhaps some of them, perhaps your parents, are just trying to help in the only way they know how. If that's not the case, I just remember not to let negative people/influences drag me down and really focus in on what matters to me.

There are times in life where we may feel the universe is against us, and that does happen. However, there are also times where we're also working against ourselves and that's partially why others may harbor animosity. Reevaluate your current lifestyle, standards, attitude, and character to see if there may be something you're doing to offend others. It's easy to get comfortable in the attitude that "everyone is out to get me" without considering your current actions or way of being.

The feeling that people are working against you can come from different things. Probably the most frequent is that a number of things have happened that your mind links together to form a new "truth". That is, if maybe 2-3 or more people have done things that don't work out to be best for you, you can easily get the feeling that people are working together to make things bad for you. What's usually the case is that once you have that opinion, you begin to ignore cases when people do good things for you, and exaggerate cases when others do worse things. So it's a self feeding belief. How to get out of it ? Firstly, try to write down, or at least quantify, the positives and the negatives. You'll probably see that there is a mixture of both. Secondly, if you think you are being bullied, look for some feedback from someone that might help you understand why it is happening. And finally, don't be shy to mention your fears to someone that has your best interests at heart, like a close friend or family member.

Often times it seems like you are at opposing ends at other peoples interests. Think critically and find ways where you and others can help each other complete tasks.

It could be tough to feel that way. It could be in home life, school life or work life. Either way, whichever category yours falls into, perhaps speaking with those that are affecting you could help. If at home, talk with your family. If at school, talk with your guidance counselor, if at work or in life, perhaps seek help through your supervisor, counselor or therapist.
