Sometimes we get locked in the day in and day out mindset of a 9 to 5 job. When this happens we can do one of two things. firstly if it is an option, and you no longer enjoy what you do, seek out alternatives. Or more practically think of way to break up your workday. Spend you lunch hour going for a walk, or reading a book. Something that can break up the monotony of the day.

There can be many reasons to this situation. First, determine if it is your work that you are not too fond of or are there personal issues in the family, relationship or health that might cause you to feel this way.

Sometimes most people get into a "funk" about having to go to work. Regardless of the reason or the situations there. If you start to feel this way regularly you should really evaluate the situation. Ask yourself if this is the job for you. If this is the type of work that you want to be doing. Often most people just feel in a "rut" and need a change. Ask yourself if there are other things you can do or be better at doing. Ask yourself if you could afford to make those changes. Also examine your current work atmosphere. Ask yourself if there is something there that you can change or can't change. And think about what would make you happy in the end.

Sometimes we outgrow jobs and don't have the drive anymore to go, but even though we don't have that job anymore we still have responsibilities, for example bills and necessities. It's up to you if you want to continue in your job or find a job that interest you more and make you happy because if it's something you love it won't see like work anymore.

I guess it can be due to lack of motivation and insufficient nutrients in diets. Some time the work can be very repetitive and there's no room for growth. Therefore, a new place is better to experience different opportunities. I had to quit my job because I grown out of it. For example, I've been doing the same job role and I haven't gotten a different job title. I think that the plaza at my old job was very toxic for me. Thus, I applied for a new location that will help further my growth and improve upon my mental wellbeing.
