You don't necessarily have to do it, but you choose to do it because you are a nice person. However, there is a difference between being a kind helper and being their worker (unless if they're your boss, if they are then the only real option is finding another job). If you do too much, it's not really a kind gesture anymore.

You don't have to. You have the right to say no at anytime. They probably push their work on you because you let them and you don't put your foot down. Put your foot down. This is your life you do whatever you want to do.

Sometimes it is harder to do "others" people's work, if we think of it like that. Yes sometimes it is in fact there work, but sometimes you taking the time to do their work can really help them out without you knowing it. Or sometimes by doing others work you can gain some new experiences. Consider looking at it as an opportunity instead of an obligation.

This isn't an easy answer or a one answer fits all. It can depend if you are talking about work or home also. But if you are at home, try talking with your family, parents etc...about how you are feeling and why. If you are at work, try looking at what it is that you are doing and what your priorities are at your job. Ask yourself if this fits what you are to be doing in your job description. if it isn't, then perhaps you need to talk with your supervisor or boss.

Think about saying no to everyone and to tell them to do it themselves because that's how hard work is rewarded.

I totally agree with warmSoul 92, when you cannot change that your receive so much work from other, consider it as an opportunity and things will look different. (And it might be after a while that you will be in the position to also ask for small favours).
Have you also thought about why they give you their work? You could see it like a good feedback for you, that they trust you to do good work.

You don't have to do anything you don't need to or don't want to. You can always say no to them when they ask you to do something for them.

Maybe because u dont rebel. Take a stand for yourself and say that u dont want to do it and gradually they will start doing their own work
