Lists! List what you need to get done, and by what time. Also have a reward planned for when you've completed all of your work. It's okay not to get everything done, try and set targets for yourself and look to improving on them.

Usually, I think that what is most important is to understand what is causing the procrastinating. Is it because I am not focused enough, or because I don't like the tasks I have to do?
