Hello! I am a 27 year old mother of two and resident of Sunny Florida! I like many of you suffer from depression and I am constantly looking for natural ways to improve my mindset. I have never been diagnosed with anything because I have never been to a Dr.; this is because I truly believe in the power of our own minds and the power of meditation and positive thinking.
I know that life often feels like an uphill battle, sometimes even I want to give up. I thought becoming a listener would be a great way to not only motivate others to keep their head up, but also to motivate myself to set an example.
