I work over night shifts, so usually, I sit in my car for a few moments and just reflect on my night/day. I take some cleansing breaths and just try to will the night/day away and leave it in the parking lot. On my drive home, I have a specific spot where I tell myself "ok, from here on out, no more work, just home and my safe place" I take a deep cleansing breath and look at the sun rise. I make it like a mantra. Many times this ritual do help to keep taking a lot of the "bad" things home at the end of the night/day.
