You could try alternative pathways if you had any. Or if you were really desperate, you could do some research into other methods of getting in or similar programs.

First of all, don't give up yet on the medical school. You don't want to think, later in life, that there was still something you could do about this. Try everything that is possible for you now, and if there is something you can work on, or wait until you learn more, take your time. You will see that waiting was worth it when you are in the medical school.
However, if you tried every option and still didn't succeed, you should not think that you will not find satisfaction in other schools and jobs as well. If you chose medical school, it might mean that you are compassionate and want to help people. This world is full of needs, so you can try something connected, like psychotherapy, social assistance, etc.
And you can always keep the door open to fulfilling your dream later in life.

Think about why it is you want to be a doctor - there are plenty of other professions in which you can give care to people like you do as a doctor. And if you aren't ready to give up on being a doctor look for other programmes you can apply to (for example graduate programmes in the UK) in the future, and in the meantime get work experience in the area and brush up your academics and have another try later!

Maybe try taking medical courses at a community college. Usually you can transfer your credits to a bigger school. Most of all don't give up on wanting to get in.
