Hi, I've heard these same voices before. And I'm sorry you have to hear them too. If the voice tells you to kill yourself, don't listen to it! Call the suicide hotline, it'll be worth the wait. Or, you can always talk to me if you'd like. I for one, think this is a very tough think to go through, and you might need some help to get through it. What you need to do is stay strong, and don't listen to the voice. You can get through this, and don't worry, everyone does NOT hate you. I haven't even talked to you personally, and I care for you. And I most certainly don't hate you at all.
I wish you the best!

That voice is a voice i heard for many years. I know how hard it is to hear that voice. What helped me shut that voice up was something as simple as saying three things I like about myself, and three positive things about my day. for example: I like my eyes, I like how im good at ______, i like that i am lovable enough for my parents. Today I ate. My lucky charms were tasty. Today I got out of bead. and Today I got dressed. These are very simple things, however it helps. Another thing that helped me was everytime i thought "Im a failure because... (I cant even put my clothes away properly)" I counter think " Well atleast I can ...(pick out a nice outfit)

STOP. Tell yourself to STOP. Actually shout it in your head. Speak or shout it even in real if you have to. Negative trail of thoughts should be stopped. It seems difficult, but if you stop and find the reason as to why these thoughts are wrong, you win.

Completely ignore it. The more you pay attention to it the more you are feeding it. Try to watch funny things and stay away from right brain activities for a little bit like listening to music or daydreaming.

That negative voice is never truth. There is nothing in this universe that wants you to feel bad or to harm yourself, there is only love and light offered in this universe. The suffering that we go through comes when we are not aligned with this truth, when we start believing that there are bad things out there, and when we are convinced of this by others, especially parents. When we incarnate here, we know that love and light is all there is. When you hear that voice, know that there is no truth to it and that where there is no truth, there is no value in what is said.

I think there is always a postive and a negative side inside of us, it depends on what dominates. So you should try encouraging the postive part in you. Whenever a negative voice comes up, tell yourself things like I am a nice person, people like me. Try doing it whenever you feel insecure. Do it even if your mind opposes it or if it feels like a lie. Continue doing it till your mind gets tricked into actually believeing it.

Did you ever wonder who is that voice?
Negative thoughts are the fuel of the egoic mind.
A fault finding mind is what makes people having more negative thoughts than positives ones.
Our mind is used to look for the negative aspects of life because compassion, loving-kindness, love, awareness are detrimental to the egoic mind which needs to produce negativity so "we" can focus on that and keep the good things away. Start to practice meditation and follow a MBSR course online or offline, start learning how to meditate and keep the mind still and little by little you will learn how to stop following your thoughts, both positive and negative ones, welcome them all and then let them go. A calm and still mind makes you achieve a peaceful life and a happy one. Learn how to tame the "monkey-mind" which loves to jump here and there, creating negative thoughts in order to make you feel worried, scared, angry, depressed, in one word: to create suffering. Meditate and know yourself, and how to let all the thoughts come and go, experience them as they arise and let them go. And you will stop thinking that people hate you, that you should hurt yourself.

Seek medical help immediately, from my point of view this sounds like schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder and can get worse at any time. Id get a therapist or see your doctor about this to keep you safe. They have methods and medications to prevent these thoughts. I hope you stay safe! 💕
