Could be down to many things, I find a tend to wake up earlier than normal when I have things weighing on mind or if I know I have a lot to do that day. A lot of it could be dependent on the time of year, I always wake earlier in the summer compared to the winter due to the time it gets light.

Because you got used to it for quite a while just as if u wake up for school, your brain has something similar to an automatic alarm clock which enables the body nerves to be more alert at a certain period of time and as long as you start alerting yourself everyday , you shall wakeup at the same time :)

My reason for waking up is that my body is telling me that LIFE is worth living and not sleeping. I need to live each day as if it were my last day, if I slept too long it would make my "last day" shorter. Enjoy life for what it is!

There's many possible answers to this question. If you go to sleep too early you may find yourself waking up early as well. If something disrupts your sleep cycle every morning you may also find yourself waking up early. Things like stress, anxiety, and depression can also cause sleep cycle disruptions. If you used to wake up at a certain early time every morning due to a job, school, etc. your body may still be following that sleep schedule.
