It’s supposed to be eight hours or so, but honestly nearly nobody gets enough sleep on a daily basis. My advice is to trust your body and make sure you sleep if you need to. If you feel very drowsy halfway through the day, make sure you get as much sleep as you can that night. Even if you no longer feel tired.
