put your alarm clock all the way across the room. That way, you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

convince yourself through suggestion before you go to sleep that you will wake up in the morning right when your alarm goes off. you can give yourself certain advantages, like saying "ok i will wake up 5 mins after the alarm" or "ok i'm setting the alarm 15 minutes forward of the timewhen i'm supposed to wake up" etc. these help.

Firstly, you need to sleep on time and wake up on time. Secondly, tell yourself the important things you need to do after waking up and how good the day can be.

Before you go to bed, turn off your phone or device at least 30 minutes before you try to sleep.
Drink a large glass of water in the morning as soon as you open your eyes and try to keep your room warm, so you aren't tempted to stay in the bed because you are too cold to get out.
Splash your face with water.
Some people get a mason jar and poke holes in the top, they then put coffee beans in for you to smell as you wake up.
Goodluck!

Sometimes people can struggle to get up on their alarms, as they can simply press the snooze button or turn them off on their phones. I used to have this problem for a long time, so there were multiple ways I tried to fix this issue of mine to just want to sleep in instead. Firstly, set goals you want to achieve before you go to bed each day, as having a goal to work towards can encourage you to get out of bed with a positive attitude. If this doesn't work for you and you want to start with smaller steps, get your alarm, be it your phone or device, and put it somewhere out of your reach when you're in bed. Set it as loud as possible, so when it goes off, the only way to turn it off will be to get out of bed and walk over to it, and by then you'll already be ready to go. Just remember to keep setting goals for yourself that are reasonable and achievable for yourself, it will make all the difference!
