This is going to sound bad, but recently, I've been cutting myself because I enjoy the sight and taste of my own blood. I just need to know if this is normal or not?

Hello! Cutting is fairly normal, but it is not healthy.
The sight and taste of your own blood are part of a release, and it's normal to need release. But this is not a healthy way to release.
There are many healthy ways to gain release that are normal AND healthy. Exercise releases happy-hormones in the brain. Artwork - drawing on paper, or using marker to color elaborately where you would usually cut - is fantastic. Talking to a counselor can help you deal with underlying issues, so healing can take place, not only for your body, but for your mind.
There are healthy options out there - give them a try. You've got this! I believe in you!

That is not a normal behavior. While self-harm is not inherently bad, it can become compulsive, and it is easy to do more physical damage than you intend to.

Suggest you see special mental health branch or see psychologist, find the crux of the problem from mental mental health respect, cooperate actively next treatment. Advise you a few words: life is precious, parents raise us not easy, we should do filial piety! At the same time, it is not easy for us to be parents. We also have the responsibility to care for our children. We let our children come into this world and we have to be responsible for them. Every one of us should have a grateful heart, inclusive heart, loving heart, warm heart! Suicide is actually a kind of escape behavior, is an irresponsible behavior!Self-injury is not respect for their own body, is the love of parents contempt, is hot head common, if feel pressure too much can find a suitable way to vent, why take your body to vent. Cherish the precious life, life even if there are thousands of helpless do not easily end their own life! Cherish life! Face the music! Embrace life
