Hello. First of all I am sorry for this suffering that you are living. Self-injury is a severe mental disorder, which requires the help of a professional. I do not know if this is the case, but above all the most important that you are supported in your healing. The healthiest in general, is to treat, leave in the open air and bandage if necessary recent wounds that are yet unhealed. It also depends on which kind of injuries, is it difficult for me to tell advice, expect for fresh scars. But I will try to help you as best as I can. It is also easier within not to hide them. But I can understand the desire to hide them in certain situations. Except for wearing long sleeves and bandages, I strongly don't recommend the following tips if you have open wounds and didn't heal, which could become infected. - Wear bracelets - Tattoos on scars - Bandages (possible for recent wounds) - Foundation (of fairly good quality, the skin of a scar is extremely fragile.) Depending on the injuries, you can also simply say you fall, or any kind of accidental injuries. I hope you get better soon, take care of yourself.
