What are some Self-Harm coping techniques?
How do I know when I’m ready to open up about my self harm?
Are there long-term issues associated with repeated bruising in an area? My self harm (biting my arm hard) causes bruises and I've been doing it more lately so.. kinda worried.
Why do I sometimes feel like I control myself too much and feel like hurting myself?
