You are not delusional, and I am so sorry that that happened to you. Sometimes when we deal with PTSD on past traumas and bad experiences, our brain deals with it in it's own way separate from what you would normally do. It's possible that after going through such a difficult time, you've suppressed it and have altered recollections about the past. I went through a trauma and after what had happened my view and memory of it was different than what had actually happened. It's completely normal to feel this way, again, I'm sorry this happened to you, but you are not delusional and you will be okay :) stay strong

I'm sorry that happened to you, and just know that it wasn't your fault. I'm not a professional counselor, and one may be able to answer you question better than I can, so I encourage you to reach out to a professional for a better informed opinion. I think that going through that would be hard for anyone, and part of a trauma response is to have flashbacks. I don't think that you should think of yourself as delusional, but as someone who has gone through something very difficult. If you can try to be compassionate with yourself because you have gone through something very challenging.
