Frequently, panic attacks are a conjugation of increased heart beat, cold sweating, sweaty palms, hyperventilation, accompanied by a sense of 'thinking narrowness', where suddenly you start to loose a mindful approach to your surroundings and begin to be extremely focused on a given behavioural trigger.

Difficulty in breathing and increased heart-rate. You sometimes feel like choking as though there's something blocking your throat or it's simplu swollen. You find that you can keep your breath longer than it's normal! And if it continues for a while, your limbs start trembling on their own accord and it's hard to stop them. Sometimes telling yourself that this is not going to kill me or no one has died from panic attacks, can prevent you from extra panicking then gradually you will calm down.
