Panic attacks are more common than you'd think, Everyone experiences panic differently. Personally I would have 3-5 a week. Until I understood how to control them, medication free.

The occurrence of panic differ for different people. Have you been diagnosed with PTSD, or an anxiety disorder? Do you have these attacks often? If you are more curious on this for yourself or a loved one, you should consider seeing a counselor or therapist if yo are experiencing these often.

Surprisingly enough, panic attacks are much more common than you probably think they are. This isn't known very well because a lot of people tend to hide away when experiencing one, and pretend they are completely find after its over.
