Making sure you are prepared for the exam will help you feel less stressed about the situation. Make sure you are studying enough, but not too much as you will make yourself tires and even more stressed. Also know (to the extent that is applicable) exactly what topics you need to be revising, so you are not wasting time on things you will not need for the exam.

FOCUS. All you need to do is focus. Prioritise tasks, according to time and other important factors (if any). Also, keep time for emergency situations. Of course some situations are fully out of control, but don’t worry, those are rare. First of all, focus on the present, and leave the rest to your luck. Work hard and work smart. Use your time wisely. We all get 24 hours in a day. Make use of every second. Even when you are going to bed for sleep, sleep peacefully, don’t over think about situations that are never gonna happen. Just Focus.
