Sometimes little events that are sad like tv shows can impact us in a large way. Talk to someone maybe a psychiatrist maybe you have a chemical imbalance. Or go the non medication route and talk to a therapist when you feel sad like checkups if you had a cold

Sometimes sadness is in our biology, or even more often our environment. Everyone has to do things they don't want to do and deal with things they don't want to deal with, but in moments of weaker coping skills, you can feel sad for "no reason". Perhaps the "trick" is less of why you are sad and more of how you can not be.

Feeling sad is only as natural as being alive. Sometimes, a part of you feels to be missing, maybe there is something at the back of your mind that you regret. Mostly, it comes from something that you'd rather be doing.

It depends, sometimes you're not satisfied with you life or it can be related to things you can't control. You have to list down all the things thats bugging you, because i did the same for me. I can't control some things with my life so i feel upset about it a lot. You need to keep listing it down until you realise which are the issues bringing you down so much. Good luck and feel better soon!

It may seem there is no reason. It can be something you've been holding inside, or even something going on with your body.
There is always a reason.
I try to explore my sadness, thinking all the things that could make me sad to see if something makes a "click".
I don't try to avoid it, I explore it. Sometimes I find a clue. I speak to someone about my current corncerns, and I watch if I ever feel suddenly broken. Then I know what it might be.

Feeling feelings is part of being human. Feeling sad is a bad thing, it's one feeling that we have that we need to accept to be able to handle it if necessary. Allow yourself to feel sad, allow yourself to feel happy as well.

It is no fun at all to feel sad for no reason. Feeling sad for no reason can be scary, confusing, frustrating, and cause feelings of anger and anxiety and distress and no one deserves to feel that way because we are beautiful, perfect beings who deserve the best. Unfortunately, sometimes life can throw curve-balls at us and bring us challenges that can make us feel sad.

see it this way, like we cant feel the importance of a friend till the time we dont get apart, we cant feel the importance of day till the time we have not experienced the night, similarly to feel the good times better we need to go through bad times too. there always has to be a contrast in life. Its the sad times that make the happy time even more happy. And if we feel sad for no reason then it means we are doing well in life and god could not find a reason to make us sad so to let us taste the other side he makes us sad for no reason

In my opinion, you are sad for no reason because you have closed your mind to think that is no reason to your sadness as you don't want to delve into the "why" realm. You might be afraid of knowing why.
