even i am emotional as i am writing the answer to this question , i don't know whether this will help you or not but being emotional in my sense is a momentary action , something which happens spontaneously , like if something bad happens to you , you feel very upset, if something happens to you which was not expected by you , then you become depressed , and sometimes even feel as if you are not worthy enough for someone here , but one thought which keeps me going and urge others to put forth to practice is determination, never ever believe that we are not worthy of someone , we might be weak or incapable in doping one thing , but on the other hand we still might be capable of doing a thousand things which other people around you find themselves incapable of doing , so cheer on , because , if you lag behind someone in one task , remember that you are far way ahead from others too !!!!
