So I have been suffering from mental health issues for almost a year now and I have been getting better but am still quite unstable. Well, my parents are becoming unstable too. How do i deal with it?

I understand what you are talking about. The first thing that comes to mind for me is boundaries. Your first responsibility is towards yourself and your own mental health. It's okay to see these things in your parents and it's okay if you want to suggest something to them like going to a doctor or therapist. But it's up to them to act. They have to take responsibility for their own mental health and well-being. You don't have to take responsibility for them. If you take care of yourself you already do a very good thing. Imagine if everyone would take good care of themselves. So focus on yourself first. Only help them as far as you feel able to and still stay healthy yourself. Do not take on too much. If you CAN do something, it doesn't mean that you SHOULD. Suggest and then back off. They have to take responsibility for themselves and take care of themselves just like you do.
