Hi Everyone!  I am an experienced member of the helping field with over 15 years invested and almost 5 years as a clinician and therapist. I look to develop a trusting, therapeutic relationship because in the process of healing, being connected to another person is a powerful tool to meeting your goals. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach and aim to consider all the things that lead a person to reach their point in time. I look at therapy as a collaborative and vulnerable process which includes "digging deep" to find the roots of symptoms when needed for an overall healthier, integrated version of you when we finish working together. I have experience helping individuals ages 13 to 99 years old through things like addiction, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, psychosis, depression and anxiety. I believe that we are not "sick" or "wrong" as society would condition you to believe about yourself but that we have symptoms due to the things we experience as a whole.
