Yes! That is totally normal. Don't worry about it. We can't just experience one emotion at a time because one triggers another and then that one triggers another and so on and so forth. But it extremely normal to feel a lot of emotions at once.

Absolutely! Some situations are so overwhelming, generating sometime very contradictory feelings. They all make sense if you sit to sort them out. But sometimes when you're in the middle of it, it might be difficult to do it all by yourself. Having someone who is a good listener will make you feel supported and listened to. This will help you successfully overcome a situation.

Hey! Yes, it is. Many experience the same and it's very common. One can for example feel both frustrated, sad and ashamed at the same time. It is always important to talk about your emotions. How can you handle your mix of emotions then? Read about it. After that, do something to help yourself. It could be simple things, find your way. If you need to talk about this with someone, don't hesitate to write to a listener here because we are here to help you. Take care of yourself and be proud of yourself and your emotions, no matter what.
