Chances are you have depression, or on the way to becoming depressed. Look at your life and try to find some happiness, and if it is difficult or your well being is being afffect by the sadness. Please get help

A lot of things can create sadness whether it's situational, environmental, relationships, conflict, interpersonal conflict, depression etc. it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to be sad, let it out. Being sad is healthy for the body and mind but also e kind to yourself. If it's ongoing sadness then you need to do something to help yourself such as speaking to a healthcare professional. We are here on 7cups to listen to you! Do something that makes you happy like going for a walk, listening to it playing music, cuddling up to a pet, coffee with friends etc. sadness is normal. It's okay to not be okay

Many times we feel as though everything is bearing down on us all at once, and when this happens it's very easy to sink into a feeling that this will never end. Then we sink into a world of procrastination and hopelessness. The way out is to understand that everything is temporary and will pass, and then take proactive steps to bring yourself back into the things you love, even if you don't want to, force yourself to.
