Please do not bind with ace bandages as those can be harmful. If possible consider wearing a binder but not for a few hours when you first start out and then no more than 8 when you get more used to it.

I'd recommend buying a binder. I can't think of any sights but if you search you can find really great quality ones for around $5! Or if it's not safe for you to buy stuff online you could always wear baggier clothes and try the sports bra method.

Buy a real binder. They are quite expensive, but homemade binders are extremely dangerous/life threatening. Another way to bind is to get two sports bras (preferably your size, maybe a little small) and put one on forwards, the other on backwards. Bind safely :)

With a binder developed for the purpose. If you can't afford one, there are plenty of charities (and big brother programs) that give them out for free. If you have a small chest, sometimes doing things like folding over a camisole or wearing a sports bra can help. If you have some sewing skills, there are plenty of tutorials out there for homemade binders. No matter which method you use, please do NOT bind for more than 8 hours consecutively, and remove the binding immediately if your chest/ribs begin to hurt or you find it difficult to breathe.

Some people that I know just use a couple sports bras that help to flatten your chest out a little bit and wear a little bit baggier of t-shirts, but as long as you're being careful, ACE bandages would work as well. They have velcro on them that would stick to itself, that way you don't have to worry about it popping off, but if you're nervous then you can get a sturdy safety pin to help hold it.

Get a chest binder. Make sure to take it off from time to time (ESPECIALLY WHEN SLEEPING) but if you can't afford that, a couple sports bras will work.

The safest way would be to purchase a binder. There are many companies that make them (gc2b, Under works, etc) but you should research the company before buying one. There are many programs through which you can get a used one If you can't afford one. Just remember that even with a binder, binding can be dangerous. Make sure to do some research before doing anything so you don't end up getting hurt.

Binding is never 100% safe no matter how you do it. However, binding with binders that are specifically made to bind your chest are the safest methods to use. GC2B and Underworks are two great sources for good, reliable binders. Try not to bind for more than 8 hours at a time, and try to never sleep wearing your binder. If you're having trouble breathing or aren't feeling well, take off your binder right away and try to refrain from wearing your binder. Remember to refrain from using bandages and tape to bind your chest, as it's VERY dangerous and can break your ribs, restrict breathing, and potentially permanently damage your ribs.

The safest way for someone who identifies as FtM to bind is to purchase a binder that is exactly their measurements and size. Many people use bandages or binders that don't fit, which can ultimately damage the rib cage in the long run. I don't personally bind, but I've heard that you shouldn't wear a binder for more than 8 hours, as it can be damaging to your rib cage. I hear sitting up properly and having a good posture are important, as well. Stay safe!

There are multiple ways. The best is to obviously wear a binder. You can also wear sports bras, wear a vest to conceal your breasts, etc. Do not use ace bandages. Those are made to tighten and compress, so when you breathe in, they tighten and compress. You can injure your lungs, rib cage, and other organs.

Buy a binder from a reliable place or brand, make sure to get it in your correct size and measurement. When putting it on, make sure to take a deep breath so you know you can breath, wear it for 9 hours in a row at a time. If it hurts stop, never sleep with a binder on.Never use duct tape or Ace bandages to bind your chest. Binding with these materials can restrict your ability to breathe and move properly. Ace bandages in particular are designed to constrict, so as you breathe, they get tighter and tighter and can really hurt you.

The safest way to bind your chest by far is to purchase a high-quality binder made specifically for FtM individuals that is the correct size for you. However, it's important to note that there is no COMPLETELY safe way to bind; even by using a real, high-quality binder, you are constricting your chest and lungs to some degree. Though binding is necessary for some FtM individuals to alleviate dysphoria, it's always important to keep this in mind and try to bind as little as is possible for you

Don't ever use duct tape or Ace bandages. You can start by using a sports bra, compression shirt, KT tape, or just a binder in general. It's recommended to get 1 size above your normal size. Before purchasing anything, take deep breaths in and out, stretch, suck in, and push your chest all the way out to test if it restricts your breathing at all.

Use a binder, and make sure your breasts aren't pressed down but rather with the nipple faced straight forward (so no tissue tears). If you don't have access to a binder using two sports bras (one facing in, the other out) works too.
