I can get attracted but I’m not capable of falling in love or being in a romantic/sexual relationship whatsoever. Is there a name for that?

Maybe what you experience is not a sexual or romantic attraction, rather another type of attraction. People can get attracted on many different levels: aesthetic, emotional, intellectual... Perhaps you enjoy other forms of contact with people, that do not entail sex or romantic love. That would make you asexual and aromantic, and still capable of enjoying people on other dimensions.

Yes I think it would be defined as a type of self-loathing. I'm going through the same thing now 3 years one baby boy with this beautiful girl. She all of the sudden didn't want me anymore and kicked me out the house. Ignored the s*** out of me and now I'm stuck thinking I'll never be able to do anything that I did with her ever again it's got to be self-loathing. But I know one thing time is healing Me Slowly I'm getting to the point to where I want to do those things again.
Allow your self to heal meditate on some good thoughts... Hell whatcha some porn agian. Look at woman and think about what turns you on about them. Love yourself man.

You might be on the asexual spectrum. It's totally valid to pursue what relationships are fulfilling for you without having to conform to the Disney movie type of expectations for one "true love".
