Absolutely! Everyone procrastinates from time to time and it is perfectly normal. Just keep in mind you can't procrastinate forever and the sooner you do what you need to the sooner you're all done :)

I think that while it's not always healthy to procrastinate, it is such a common problem that it's become normal. Luckily, because it's a common problem, people have many suggestions as to how to overcome a procrastination habit, and there are certain to be many paths that one can try!

Procrastination certainly is something that plagues a great number of people. I've personally struggled with the issue of procrastination myself and have found it incredibly paralyzing in my professional and scholarly life. It is important to remember that you have everything to gain by doing what you have to as soon as possible however you have everything to lose by procrastinating and doing it poorly or worse possibly not doing it at all.

Everybody gets tired or wants to be alittle lazy sometimes on things in life. However if you find that it is interfering with major situations in your life, perhaps its time to evaluate some changes. Make lists, organize, prioritize. If that fails, perhaps speaking to a counselor, therapist, or lifecoach can help? If you can't afford that then maybe try to enlist a trusted friend or family member to help you get things together or in order.

Yes, it actually is! Everyone tends to choose doing something they enjoy or doing nothing over something they rather not do! If you want to get into the science of it, evolution caused us to be this way. (Think of it like this: a caveman would rather sit and do nothing than run around and waste his/her energy. Those who sat around would have more calories stored for the winter, and would have survived to pass on their genes!) Procrastinating tends to be a hard-to-solve problem for many people, so don't worry, you're not alone :) And many people have worked their way around it, so I believe that if you try, you'll be able to, too :) Good luck!

Absolutely. Whether one admits it or not, we all do it. And it's okay, too, if it doesn't get too extreme and if you accept it as a part of your self.
