How do you get unstuck from career indecision?

Recognize that no decision is going to be perfect, and that there's a cost of not choosing as well. You won't really know if you'll do well in a career until you put an effort towards it, read about it, and talk to people about it. You can spend years making your pro-con charts and it wouldn't be as effective as simply deciding (assuming that you want income first).
People only have capacity to manage 3-6 choices, otherwise they won't actually choose anything. Come up with 6 (top?) ideas of what you want to do. Look at your personality, your strengths, the things you've done in the past, and where you feel a pull to go next. Remember, if it doesn't work out, you don't have to stick with it forever.
Good luck!

I think I might be schizophrenic, but I'm afraid if I bring my concerns to a doctor, they'll tell me there's nothing wrong even if there is, because I already think I have it. What do I do?
