The voices won't stop please help me I can't take it anymore. They keep telling me I'm worthless, that I'm useless and no one loves me. I tried ignoring it but it got worse. Can someone help me?

Instead of ignoring them, try doing things you like so your not focusing on them, if you focus on something you like/enjoy doing then you forget about the voices at that moment of time and focus on whatever your doing instead of them, if that don't work try being around people that you like being around and that you think you can enjoy some time with them. No ones worthless etc, some people think they are but they're not, everyone's worthy in they're own way but no one realizes that cuz they focus on other people.

While I have not had to deal with voices I have had to deal with deviant thoughts, images, and impulses. What I eventually learned to do was to write out scripts of what I knew to be true and what I wanted to be thinking. To write those scripts I took time to think out the very words that I wanted to think and wrote them out very specifically. Then, I memorized my scripts and repeated them over and over to myself so that I could save them in an instant. Then, whenever one of those undesirable thoughts or impulses came I instantly started saying one of my scripts over and over to myself and I focused on that instead of the other thoughts. It wasn't easy but eventually, it became automatic and those other thoughts mostly went away. I would suggest that you take time to write out specifically what you want to be thinking, what you know to be true. Then memorize it and say it over and over again to yourself so often that it becomes automatic. Start out every day by reviewing and saying the words of your script out loud to yourself, so that you both say it and hear it. In addition, whenever those voices come and try to tell you some bad stuff about yourself grab your script and say it out loud to yourself or if it’s not safe to say it out loud, at least say it in your mind. You might also want to write your script(s) out or print it/them out on some cards so that you can carry them around with you. Then, if those voices prevent you from remembering your scripts you will have them with you and you can just read them out loud and read them over and over again to yourself. At first, it may be difficult, but if you keep with it and never give up it will eventually get easier. Best Wishes, Pilgrim
