Is forgiving another person just forgetting or letting go of anger?
I cheated on my boyfriend while we were on holiday, I was drunk I don’t even remember it. We live together, should I tell him? I won’t do it ever again.
I have had an abusive past. I believe I'm too forgiving because of it. How do I healthily maintain boundaries with my past abusers(still in my life) and in general?
