My parents think I’m dumb and annoying and that I can’t communicate, why?

If it is just your parents and not everyone around you, it is likely that it is nothing wrong with you, and has something to do with what they expect you to be. Asking specific questions about how they would like you to improve might be helpful. But remember that you shouldn't make change to please others, you should make change to improve your quality of life.

Sometimes opening up to your parents can be a difficult thing, and I know not everyone likes to open up to their parents about a lot of stuff that goes in their lives. it doesn't mean that you are dumb and annoying, you are unique and prefer to communicate differently sometimes it can be hard to find the best way to communicate with parents especially if you have a tough time opening up to them. A lot of parents tend to find that their child won't talk to them about a lot of things and it can make them frustrated if they are able to tell that something is going on and that their child won't tell them, meaning they cant help with the issues and it can be hard for them to deal with that too. you aren't dumb and annoying, you are unique, hopefully you find a good way to communicate with them :)
