Mental and physical health are both equally important. To inhance those, exercising helps you a lot, even if you don't feel like it right now, in the long run it will help!

Exercise has many attributes for your mental and physical health. It increases heart rate which releases 'feel good' dopamine into your system. It also helps you keep your body in good shape and gives you energy to keep going throughout the day. Exercise also helps you sleep better at night (though it should be a daytime routine) and helps diminish depression and anxiety.
