Having suffered through anorexia in the past myself, I am no stranger to lacking confidence and having other self image issues. I'm sorry that you're feeling insecure, it's very difficult to go through especially since not many people understand. Although you may see yourself as being fat, TRUST ME: you're not. You are beautiful. What is fat anyway? It's just a label, and a horrible one at that. You have to accept yourself for you, flaws and all. To someone else, they may not even be flaws - just beautiful and unique attributes. Those 'flaws' are what make us unique and beautiful as individuals. Sometimes we have difficulty seeing what's beautiful about ourselves especially when we compare ourselves to the unrealistic standards of beauty set by media and modern culture overall. It's completely understandable and something a lot of us go through. Feel free to message me to talk about this further... I'd love to hear from you. I hope you feel better soon, I wish you the best of luck... Lots of love, Francesca

Look in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful, because quite frankly, you are. Who made a "rule" about what is fat and what isn't fat, and what is beautiful and what isn't beautiful? Society. And it shouldn't affect YOUR opinion and YOUR viewpoint.

Stop this nonsense. You are a beautiful human being, let it all hang out! If people don't like it, they'll get over it.

First of all, you have to ask yourself whether you are asking this question to get in shape, or to lose weight in an unhealthy manner. There's a healthy weight-control, and then there's an unhealthy obsession. To actually lose fat, you must workout. Specifically you must burn more calories than you consume. Focusing on target areas can help reduce fat in specific places. However, if you simply view yourself as fat but have no real reason to do so, you could be suffering from an unhealthy obsession with your size. If this is the case, seek counseling or talk to your doctor. Let trained professionals tell you whether your weight is okay or not, and what steps you should take if need be.

i think what's most important here is trying to change your self perception. you are not fat, you have fat. everyone does on their bodies, its perfectly normal. change your negative perception surrounding your body, and gain rather, more knowledge and understanding of health and nutrition. if you are concerned with your weight or how you look, that is the best way to take care of it so that you can properly treat your body and your frame of mind to be your most happy self.

Your body is perfect the way you are. Society puts these nasty images in our heads on how we're "supposed to look" but that is wrong. Accept yourself and love yourself. You are so beautiful.

Most people when they reach a certain age start to care about their body. For most growing teenagers they find it hard to exercise when they have school and homework. My tip for you is to do simple exercises both before school and after your shower or when you have free time. If you do it twice a day, you will see the results. But keep in mind to limit what you eat. Make sure that you are eating healthy and cutting down junk food

There's no need to. If people are making you feel bad about your body, ignore them. I know it can be hard, but they don't know you enough to judge you.
