Most likely. Binge Eating Disorder is a possibility of what you may be dealing with, but there could also be other eating disorders to explain it. If you are feeling dissatisfied with your relationship with food and it's impairing you from living your best life, you deserve help even if you don't feel it to be "severe enough" (spoiler: it's always enough to get help!)

Binge-eating can be an unhealthy habit that makes you feel bad all-around. Thinking about the feelings behind your binges can help you figure out why you do them and think of things to do instead that will make you feel happy. Oftentimes binge-eating is way of dealing with our emotions but binge-eating can also make things worse. Think about how you feel after a binge (not about weight gain or calories or anything like that) but about how you feel the moments after, or even days after. Do you like the way that feel? How would you like to feel instead? Think of times when you felt happy, or satisfied, or simply okay? How can you feel that way—that happy way—right now?
