Sometimes it can seem like life is on a witch hunt for us, that for some reason we have been singled out to face a multitude of challenges that no mortal should every face. It is true that bad things happen to good people, but it is also true that since you have lived through those bad things, you have proved that you are alive for a reason. Each hurdle, challenge, and barrier are a symbol of your true bravery and drive to succeed. After all, while else would you still be standing today? It is not easy to see the light at the end of the tunnel but it is up to you keep moving, and hope for a better tomorrow. Life is not about financial success, or the idea that we have to be famous or rich, it is about learning to dance in the rain and going with the flow. Keep going strong and believing in yourself and the rest will come. Remember that when you do succeed, it is not because of some math formula, scientific calculation, or man behind the curtain that made you the unique individual you are today… it was all you, and the strength you have always harnessed within you that did that. Stand up, breath, and keep one foot in front of the other, and don't look back.

Rather than seeing the things through the layer of bad or good stuff. See both of them as same and accept them. The moment you accept and decides to fight the things your mind stops stressing you. The very feeling of why all bad things are happening to me this very itself doesn't let you relax , no matter how much you work towards it. Rather the stress gathers up and gets accumulated. So always try to see things as they are and accept them to face. t
The moment you accept and decides to face the things your mind gets relaxed and there will be no accumulation of stress happens.. it all depends on how you manages your brain

I believe that everything happens for a reason. I know it seems like your world is crumbling all around you, but I promise it all leads to where you're meant to be :-)

I have not walked a single day in your shoes, so I do not have the information to answer that specifically for you. I am, however, here for you if you want or need someone to talk to. Maybe I can help you help yourself with making things more clear, or less confusing, for you!

They are many good things happening to you too but it's just that you are focusing on the empty side of the cup, it's all about your perception to things. Things gets better in the middle of your hell when you focus more on the positive side and see your problems form a different perception. For example, instead of saying "why is this happening to me?", let your question be "what is that teaching me?" Because it is only through hardships that we learn lessons and get experience, and hardships without a lesson learn are just time wasted negatively. Stay wise and the mind remains untouchable!
