Maybe yesterday was a bad day, or you are having a bad week. Whatever happened the previous day influences the way you think. You woke up with a negative attitude towards your day, and if you dont change your attitude, eventually you would have another bad day, which could have been the best day of your life. Its all about having a positive attitude and an open mind!

Congratulations, you might have earned the duplicitous gift of depression. Once or twice and it might just be stress or a bad night of sleep, but months to years and you should probably see a doctor and or make some serious changes in your life.

It's hard to answer that question without knowing what, exactly, is going on for you. However, for me, this is common when I am in a state of depression or anxiety. It is also common when I am in a stressful life situation, or something terrible has just happened. If it were me, I would try to figure out what was triggering it, and then take measures to stop it.

Negative vibes. You've thought too much about life and everything else in a pessimistic light, that it scientifically has hard wired itself to your brain. The best way to overcome this is to actually start thinking positively about every possible thing and go to sleep early, avoid staying up late or watching depressing movies or reading depressing or tragic novels.

When I have weeks or months in a row that give me a perceived idea of what is to come, I see every new day the same way. The fear of what has come turns into a fear of what will be and therefore turns into a reality. However set in my mind it is or isn't the negativity really does have influence when it is given full reign.

Sometimes we seem to be on a bad roll and every day becomes more challenging than the one before. However, realizing that things will get better if we believe they will makes a big change in the following day.

That's maybe because you need more motivation. Try to make a schedule, maybe that could help to forget some annoying problems :)

From my own experience it is because of stress and depression and a mixture of environment and people. Sometimes all of it overloads your brain and you even after a good sleep you still wake up feeling overwhelmed. However, remember plenty of people have been through this and understand. There is a bright side to this all and sometimes a simple little step like giving yourself some me time in the morning for a cup of coffee somewhere or talking on here is still that first step to a recovery and makes you very brave to do so :)

This may be a sign of depression or general negative thoughts. When this happens, try to switch your thoughts to how awesome today is going to be! See what happens! Good luck!

Maybe it's because you are just focusing on the negative things in life and not the positive. Maybe you might want to try and think about some positives, write the positive aspects down so when you wake up you can look in the book and wake up feeling a bit more positive.
