this is so happen for a reason that is basically related to medical science that our hormones get disturb or proceed to required mechanism for our woman being to help pregnancy in future. so this is nothing to worry about whereas different practices can be useful like doing something of our interest or getting ourselves busy in completing something is on our to do list already.:-)

This is quite normal due to hormonal changes in the body. Women also tend to have anxiety instead of depression. You can get the better of it by doing some exercises which are safe while on your period or just do the things your normally like to do.
