Things that help to be honest, is working out. For when I'm full of frustration and anger, I definetely workout. For feeling low, I rant about it/post relatable quotes on an app called 'Vent'. :)

Listen to your breathing. Breath slow and deep. Go for a walk and get fresh air, even when all you want to do is be closed off in doors away from the world.
