I had to take responsibility for my actions in life because only then was I able to change things for the better. If you take responsibility, you take control. You take control and your life can finally become what you want it to become. One of the side effects of taking control was gaining freedom. I finally had the chance to make my own decisions and do what I wanted and it opened my eyes to a whole new world I wanted to be a part of and it gave me options I didn’t know I had.

We all do at some point in our life. No matter what, you are a wrothy person. You might have a hard time to appreciate the good parts in your life, but try as best as you can. When you are at the bottom, you can only climb up, it won't get worse.

when you feel like you have hit rock bottom you should seek professional help. that is the right thing to do, reach out to friends and family for help. it is important to stay healthy and set goals for yourself even if it is just putting your clothes and eating breakfast. follow your heart and try to have organization in your life, don't take life for granted, read books on worthlessness and attending groups so you can listen to other peoples stories that are a lot worse than yours.

If you've hit rock bottom, the only way left to go is up. Have you told anyone in your personal life or do you not want to? Either way, something that helps me is writing my emotions down by transforming them into a poem/short story. Get the thoughts out of your head and onto some paper or a laptop. Hope this helps x
