Realize that this will pass. No matter how bad things get, things will always get better. There is no such thing as "worth it". You don't owe anything to anyone. Your mere existence is for yourself. You can reach for dreams if you like, but if they don't come true there is always another option out there. Life is anything that keeps you deciding to live every day. You don't have to be anything that amazing, but realize the fact that your body keeps you alive every day, that blood keeps pumping through you, that you are capable of thinking and feeling and dreaming is amazing enough. I've felt how you feel so many times but I always find a reason to keep living. My favorite tv show, my favorite songs, and the possibility that things will get better. Trust me, you can do this.

You have to believe in yourself, it's okay to lose, it's okay to be angry, no matter what people think of you, as long as you believe in yourself, then nothing else matters

Think of everything in your life that is important to you, what you live for e.g. family, friends, pets etc. and concentrate on what makes you smile so it will hopefully make you feel better. Think about what you've done for other people. another way of making yourself feel better is to listen to music.

If you really have hit rock bottom, then remember it cannot get worse than that. So you have to start moving up, step by step, until you are better. Also, no matter who you are, you are ALWAYS worth something to someone, even if just a little bit. Remember those two things and you might get out of the dark hole you have fallen into.

It seems like you're having a depressive episode, my best advice is tell someone, a parent, friend, sibling. If you live alone ask the person to stay over to keep an eye on you. And do as much as you can to distract yourself. Try not to keep your mind on it, talk to listeners On here.

Just know that you are loved. You are worth everything and more. Just because you can't see it yourself doesn't mean no one else does. Try to learn to accept yourself and practice self love. Appreciate yourself because you deserve the best things in life

The thing about hitting rock bottom is that you can only go upwards from there. You are worth it, no one is worthless. You may feel otherwise but remember, just because a $100 note may be crumpled, it does not lose its worth - no matter what happens to it - because it is still $100, it never loses that worth. The same goes for you.

I have felt like that a lot. But you have got to understand- all this is a part of life. We need pain to know what happiness and comfort is. When you feel you have hit the rock bottom, you just have to believe that the only way you can go is up. Keep telling yourself you are fine, that everything is fine and you will be fine. You might not even believe in it, but guess what? When you repeat it to yourself again and again, the positive thought convinces you that you will be fine. You are worth so much more. Believe in it. The world was created for you.

I usually take a nap because that influences my mood a lot. I also talk to strangers online. Sometimes a conversation with someone you don't know can give you new insight on problems or worries.
