Depression is hard. You feel sad, lonely, abandonated... And you don't really have a reason. It's just depression. There is not such an amazing solution for this thing, but what I usually do is relax and distract myself as more as I can. Go out with friends, read, watch series, movies... If good things are occupying your mind, depression doesn't have a place in. Visit a doctor if you haven't, they are specialists and can search for the exact solution for you. And the most important thing: Don't give up. You're stronger than depression. You can handle this!

There's a quote that reads: "Do more of what makes you happy". Make a list of simple activities that make you happy. These could be things like badminton or painting or listening to music. And simply do more of it. I also recommend getting as much Vitamin D as possible and getting out of the house whenever you can. Getting some fresh air and maybe even doing a little bit of exercise can be really beneficial to not only your physical health but your mental health. I remember when I went through a pit of severe depression where I couldn't even bring myself to get out of bed. I would stay in my bedroom all day and would only come out to eat and to go to the toilet. The lack of sunlight and fresh air really took its toll on me and I became very isolated and lonely. I also became quite unhygienic as it became too much effort to get out of bed to have a shower. But the thing that helped me the most during that time was forcing myself to get outside. Luckily, I live right opposite a park. I took a stroll in the park everyday for just a week and instantly started feeling better. I hope you feel better soon!

Here's what I did to get out of depression:
1. Wake up during the day
2. Sleep during the night
3. Realize that you have not been forgotten and that you are apart of this life. Life is on your side.
4. Believe that what is coming will be better for you
5. Realizing by doing the above, you will get what is best for you that will also fulfill your desires in a righteous way.
6. Realize that you have been alone before
7. You have been lost before
8. You have been helpless before... all of that and yet you're still here breathing. Life is truly on your side.
9. So knowing this, don't deny other people asking for help. Help them.
10. Don't deny others who are alone. Help them. By helping others, you will yank yourself off the ground.
11. And most importantly, be thankful for what you do have. Your health, your eyesight, your food, your home, etc. Being thankful not only will in result give you more, but it will also keep you happy forever for any situation you are in.

If you're suffering from depression, the best thing to do is talk to someone about. Tell a friend, tell your family, find a therapist, but don't hide it. You can get through it, just get the support and help you need. It will be okay.

first thing you can do is learn to work on your self-worth and feelings of forgiveness toward yourself... that seems to be the ground work for everything about getting better. :)

You can always talk with your healthcare provider about what you are experiencing. They can help you to devise a plan that can work for you which may include things such as therapist, counseling services or medications if needed. If you are underage, you can always talk with your parents or a trusted adult (whether it be a family member, teacher, school counselor, or whatever adult you trust to talk to) to help get you on the right track.
