It is normal. I have felt this way in my past. This can happen to someone if they haven't had enough sleep or if they are dehydrated. This can also be an emotional response to traumatic events. There are other explanations as well.

Hello there, I have had my days where I left like this, It feels like you are watching a movie in a first person perspective and do not have control. Usually this is a small sign of possible depression and it brings on this sense of not having control. Be sure to talk to someone about it if you ever need to and take good care of yourself :)

What you are feeling is called dissociation. A good way to deal with this is to leave a fan blowing cold air somewhere on your body so it can bring you back to the present. It's okay and don't worry when it happens, it happens to all of us, but some more frequent than others.

yes, it is absolutely normal. But, you need to draw the line and know where to stop giving others freedom to control you. Sometimes, when we suffer from extreme illness, we tend to feel as if we are not able to take care of ourselves and therefore, we need someone by our side. But that doesn't mean we are giving undue freedom to them to take advantage of our weakness

Sometimes, yes! This can be a spiritual experience, something religious, or possibly just a daydream. Other times, it might be something like Dissociative Identity Disorder. I'd recommend seeing someone just in case and talking to a trusted adult.
