It is never your fault. It is something that happens. Life happens. Everything happens for a reason

The world is a cruel place, and everyone hurts. Sometimes, it depends on our choice and sometimes we have nothing to choose from. It is nobody's fault to be depressed no more than it is anybody's fault to be happy.

No, it's not, it's the hard time that you've passed or you're passing trough, you just have to deal with this looking for help.

No. It's a chemical imbalance in your brain. When one is depressed it is suggested to go see your doctor and explain your depression.

It is absolutely NOT your fault that you are depressed. Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thought, behaviour, feelings and sense of well-being. Depression can be a normal reaction to life events. It is absolutely not your fault that you feel depressed. What is important though, is to seek help from a psychologist who can help you get through the depression.

Nobody wants to be depressed. Usually depression happens because of chemical, environmental, or a combination of those factors. This means that something situational may be causing your depression, or your brain may actually have an imbalance that needs to be addressed by therapy, medication, and/or exercise.

No it's not. Depression can be caused from a hormonal imbalance or events in your life. It's not your fault but I wish you all the best for your recovery. Good Luck!

Absolutely not! Depression is as much a disease as cancer, and can be just as deadly. Unlike cancer though, there are some things you can do that can help mitigate the effects! I have found that surrounding myself with people, even if I'm not actively talking about my depression, can be so helpful! Just knowing I'm not physically alone can make it a lot better.

No! Depression is caused by trauma or a chemical imbalance in the brain. Don't feel bad about already being in a difficult situation!
