It feels safe to me. There's some innapropriate things on here but all that can be easily blocked. It's safe enough but you should always be cautious. Don't trust it 100%

7 cups is duly the most safe and legitimate site ever. There are times when there are a few unbefitting moments but they're all securely taken care of if reported. As far as I know, I am here to help and listen, and that's what you should know more than anything else. :)

7 cups is safe because you're venting anonymously to a trained listener who's willing to listen. You are protected by the community guidelines, you have the option to report, block or ban inside the chat, the chat is fully confidential and and also there are a lot of resources here to get the support you deserve
