Discover who you are and what you love to do. Find a hobby. Gymnastics gives my life meaning. It makes me feel free and like I've achieved something. Find something that you love to do and put all your energy into it.

Every life is worth living. And everybody has a fire and a passion within them, but maybe just haven't discovered it yet. Try out new things, pick up old hobbies, take risks with good intentions and jump out of your comfort zone every now and then. Each step you take to exploring more about the world; the more you will learn about yourself - your strengths, your talents and exactly why your life is not pointless.

I feel like this a lot, but I remember that, yes, life doesn't have any set meaning, but in a way that's kind of nice because you can give it whatever meaning you wish. It can be saving lives, having kids, finding the love of your life, traveling to beautiful places, helping people, seeing lovely sunsets and sunrises, really the possibilities are endless. There's no right answer. Anything that keeps you waking up each day is a meaning.
Essentially, life does have no meaning, but any meaning you can imagine is life.

Meaning comes from learning your self worth and not from anything you can do physically. Once you realise how great you really are you'll find meaning.

Look at yourself, what do you like to do? Do what you love, and you'll realize you already found it.

Hobbies, what makes you happy, what makes you laugh, who or what you love in life, religion, the beauty of nature, what you're capable of doing in life. Think of this, some people are physically disabled, unable to either walk, talk or even move like paralyzed. Being thankful for what you have or what you are capable of, whether dealing with a mental illness or not. We are all equal people and unique, but if you want to find meaning in life then think of some things i mentioned or hopefully i opened you mind to ideas. Some mental illnesses or conditions, can leave people seeing no meaning to life as well. Many things affect the brain, this world isn't perfect and neither are we and because of that we tend to need motivation to guide us through the days.

Find something that you love. It could be drawing or painting or animals or children. Whatever you enjoy try to think of ideas that include this and start to expand on it. It can take time and effort but life isnt pointless and once you find meaning you will feel like a different person. Dont be afraid to ask for help with your ideas and dont lose faith if you fail the first or tenth or 50th time just keep trying because when you succeed you will feel so proud of yourself

1) Try to find out if there is something that you really want and seek means to get it, and put your best into it (ethically of course).
2) Go out, explore, volunteer... we often find meaning in the work we do, the help that we do or the relationships that we create with other people.
3) And always remember: "Life does not give us a meaning, but asks for one. And each individual with his own unique circumstances creates a meaning in his life by the work he does" -- i.e everyone's circumstance is different and we must seek to give our life a meaning in and despite those circumstances rather than trying to copy or expect what other ppl have done in their own lives.
4) Remember than the meaning in your life need not be a so called 'big single achievement'. It could be small things that you do that makes a big difference in your life and the life of others. It's usually the small things that compound over time and become big contributions.

You, my friend, are not pointless. We all have a time in our life when we feel hopeless or feel as if we're here for no reason. It's just a normal thing. If you want to find your purpose, it will take a lot of time. Your meaning can be in a person, someone who you love and would do anything for, or for a passion in something, whether it be a hobby or a career. You just have to go out and try new things
