For me, the first step would be making a plan. Planning out homework and tests and study time. Then I woukd make meetings with my teachers to discuss my performance and tell them my need to up my grades. Trying to work with myself and teachers as a collective would help me feel supported.

Grades may seem like they're too important, but at some point they won't. Try to find help, ask teachers to tutor you after class, maybe your friends can help you. Bye por grades bye depression

Alright. Here is the thing. What you have to know is that school is not always the most forgiving place. But I think that you need to find it in you to make your grades better. Also do not think that the grades define your intelligence. Many brilliant people have got bad grades in school. What you need to know is that you are a human with flaws and things you excel in. Don't let a test grade define who you are.

I find that it helps to focus on what has been done well in the piece of work, reflect on what you have done well and what has gone wrong and focus energy into working towards the next piece of work. I struggled heavily in the course that I did for two years that led to my own depression and a lot of what helped me through was keeping a strong support network of friends and family. Don't put too much emphasis on the grade that you get at the end of the piece if it is what is causing you problems. Instead you want to concentrate on reflection and then using those new techniques to get ahead. This is where the tutors can be of great help as they will give you advice on what has gone wrong and where to improve these skills in the future.

By valuing and focusing at other parts of your life , being grateful for your own health or your family health, working on becoming a better person , being engaged in volunteer work (like being a listener ) or global causes that can affect the community and environment, a grade can't define you so don't let it get to you . It can't evaluate you as a person or what you are capable of because it isn't more than a number on a sheet of paper . There are more important things in your life that you should care about!

We are all different. School time is an extremely challenging period of life. Don't look at others. Just keep trying to do what you like - keep doing your best in the areas you feel are the best for you- that fit your heart and mind. It's hard and messy - but it all will be clearer one day. Be yourself! Take care of yourself and do what you believe in.

I have experienced some bad degrees before, sometimes you feel like every time is worse than the other, sometimes you might feel that you are useless and no one cares about you. It's not easy to believe someone who says "I have been through this as well" but trust I have been. And I have found a way to overcome my depression by trying to be better and knowing that my degrees are just numbers and doesn't decide who I am, you and only you decide what to do with life and you choose whether you want to stop it or not

I would simply reflect on my mistakes and rectify them in future and earn top score. By the way my score won't describe me.
