I try to keep a list of the times I have doubted myself, and the actual result. I have found that going back over this list I see that more often than not I have succeeded and remind myself that though I feel like I am about to fail, that it isn't usually the case and I am overthinking it.

Sometimes, doubting ourselves can be helpful in provoking us to think about other possible options. However, there comes a time when self-doubt can ultimately get in the way of our progress. Self-doubt can lead us to feel like we're stuck or trapped. But, we can make short-tern goals that pave the way for long-term success, find supportive communities with similar mind to our own beliefs or working toward achievement of similar goals, and even taking a break to breath and relax before coming back to our dilemmas and plans can offer motivation to continue.

Doubt is a demon that latches onto everyone. It's important to know that you're not alone. And self-doubt can be successfully destroyed through testing the unknown, and building confidence. Something self-critical people may do is take a failure and internalize it, therefore making them scared to try risky things. But the second you let go of failure, and realize it happens to everyone, the sooner you can keep trying things.

Its hard to get feelings of doubt out of your mind. Theres no one answer fits all to this question. Perhaps prioritizing and planning and preparing yourself and taking the time to think things through can help with self doubt. If all else fails, perhaps speaking with someone you trust or a counselor or therapist can help.

Don't compare yourself to others for self-confidence; at its most basic level, confidence should originate from oneself. Once you gain self-acceptance, then others will admire you for your spirit.

Take chances. There is nothing wrong with that. If you doubt yourself continuously then there is no harm in believing in yourself atleaat once. Try this often . I do not guarantee it'll work, but it won't kill to try :)
