Money, although helpful, is not the be all and end all of life. Without money you can still impact people's lives in a positive way. Start by seeking out volunteer opportunities. Find your strengths and don't be afraid to give something new a try.

you can give away all the clothes you don't need anymore, you can even make a small association to collect what people don't need anymore and give them away to poor people :)

Find out the reason why they don't have - if they gamble, that's another story, or if they are in dept - different, if they are unemployed. For every situation different story.

Simply smile to people around you and greet them politely. Try to be nice to everyone and cheer up people around. Listen to them without judging when they needed someone to talk to. These are all free!

teach them how to fish. then teach them to sell the fish they catch and pay you a hefty commission. now you're helping people to help you help them.

There are many things that money is not involved like being there for some one or listening to some one. Giving support to someone is also a big help. It might not mean much to you but it means a great deal to the person you have helped.
